Antique Kundan Diamond Necklace Set in Gold
This stunning necklace is made with large pieces of uncut Diamonds. The necklace is set in gold and comes with a pair of stunning earrings, and is made in the “Kundan” style. The total weight of the neckalce set with the earings is about 150 grams and it is made in 22 carat gold. The uncut diamonds used are 50 carats.The back of the necklace comes with a pattern called 'meenakari"as you see on the earings in red. So the set is actually reversible and can be worn on both sides.
This unique piece of jewelry is a replica of an antique necklace was owned by the erstwhile Queen of Jaipur, which was made at the beginning of the 18th century. The necklace will have pearl drops hanging at the bottom, as shown in design Antique T8, and also a gold chain at the back. The necklace can also be worn without the pearl drops.
